No, it first will announce a date where the green book is no longer issued. There is currently no set plan for invalidating the green book and that comes straight from the minister. Stop spewing this false nonsense.

And then that date will be challenged in court. Also, the id card printer will break causing them to postpone the cut off date. By 2035, they might be ready to reconsider a new invalidation date.
