Flydubai flight diverts to Saudi Arabia amid reports of pilot fight

If you followed the story as it unfolded that headline was entirely true. I have seen accounts cherry picking early reports when we were still hearing it was a Russian vs Ukrainian or South Africa versus New Zealander to attack media houses.
Just saw the original tweet and it is six hours old at this time.

Those pilots or at least the one who put it into a dive should never be allowed to step on an aircraft ever again. Absolutely shocking

Also, does create a case for having some kind of “intelligent” dare I use the term AI (not) system that can take over in situations like this and and say listen your actions are unsafe, the cockpit voice analysis indicates distress - I’m taking over this flight and just get it to the nearest airport and ignore human inputs.

Why haven't Donnie and the Cuban weighed in on this yet. I'm sure they've been tracking the plane for at least six months.

Donnie has also heard about this flight tracking app called Flightgaydar, but he's not getting the results he expected and he is now confused about cockpits.

Well wait for the Blanco and Moover videos for the agreed on sequence of events.

IMO Blancolirio might not touch this one. His speciality is airframes and piloting, with known facts and data points. This really falls into neither category. What happened inside the aircraft and the cockpit may never be known, nor does it generalise to flight safety, which is what his channel is about. Lots of other aviation channels may jump on the bandwagon.
