Some should tell him that the ANC do not believe that people are entitled to an inheritance and that when you die the state believes your assets should go to them. In general, he is right about a lot of things here but not all. Never forget that government is dependent on your income and they are greedy.

I stopped investing in property the moment I figured this out.

My dad paid heavy taxes his whole entire life (as an accountant).
When he died his estate was taxed again in what amounts to be a form of double taxation.
Totally unfair and with no reasonable value return for the taxes paid.
