Nah.. moar blue lights, then their convoy doesn't have to idle and switch off its engine. They're more fuel efficient if they're always moving at 180km/h

Hopefully the public will reply to the message on the 4th of November, not that I am holding my breath, South Africa's other great resources are of course gross ignorance and low IQ levels.
