Hi, is there anyone from Rain on this group?

I have cancelled the service in July, but they keep on deducting money from my account. Phone calls goes via the worst AI receptionist to Tech..
HI! would you like to speak to technical, accounts or sign up for a new service? - Accounts please -
SURE OK, CONNECTING YOU WITH SUPPORT
the poor techie says " oh so sorry" and then nothing happens.
there is no email, no other way to get in touch..

So frustrated - what can one do?

this
block the debit order at your bank

had same problem - kept ignoring my emails.

couldn't find the cancellation button on the website

months go by - so I cancelled my card.

OH now all of a sudden they take notice.

got a call from them.

told them to come fetch.

they still tried to suck money out of me for a few more weeks - when they figured out it was not going to happen they came to collect.

Lessons is - use your virtual card:thumbsup:

Sorry to hear this but next time always sign up with a virtual card. Even Capitec has them. Just delete the card and they will have no hold over you, provided you followed the correct cancellation process.
