Making the claim that someone would bring back Apartheid sounds like a far more serious statement worthy of a court case than telling someone they're talking kak.

One is just calling someone a liar. The other is calling them an authoritarian racist.

I always wondered why folks could just get away with that Apartheid claim in public. It seems insane to me to be able to just say that about someone.
