Is the location shared in the secrets.yaml folder? :p

the reason why the venue location isn’t shared if you’re not registered is because organizers of these events don’t want a situation whereby more people pitch up than those who registered. Venues have max capacity allowed and we don’t want that exceeded 10 fold. That could be a disaster and won’t sit well with the venue itself. I’m sure you understand.

I see 2026.10 has native Sunsynk integration and can even do auto discovery.

I guess we need to be careful .. especially for those of us who already have it connected..

Interesting. I’m guessing this talks directly to the dongle?

Aaah cloud-based.

There was mention of it identifying the dongle on your network, but I have no idea what it does after that!

👀

Home Assistant can find the Sunsynk data logger on your network. The data logger has the hostname e-linter. When it is found, Home Assistant shows a Sunsynk discovery card.

Curious how you are exporting so much energy to the grid. Do you have a smart meter, and how much do you get in return?
Today was an unusual day. Not much load at home.
Yesterday:
Once solar starts dropping the battery takes over until discharged. Starts charging again the next day.
The Battery charging power adds onto the regular 6.6kW to the house. See below.

What I really meant was: which municipality is allowing feed-in? Does the feed-in tariff make it worth while doing, rather than having more battery capacity?

Don't really know. This whole solar thing is very new to me. I suppose I'll find out soon enough.
