[USA] Ex-Cornell student sues fraternity members and college over alleged gang rape and claims several were punished with essay-writing

It’s a fair quest to ask Dramaqueen what job he does, talks big but fatso probably works in a cushy office pushing buttons like bad ass.
You're really starting to sound desperate now.

What job I do or used to do is irrelevant. But you know that.

These attempts at ad hominem just shows you have zero actual argument and is just looking for an internet fight.

Claiming that woman refuse to to "hard jobs" when you, as a man, might not do them either is entirely relevant.

Exposing hypocrisy is always quite useful in the MyBB bubble.
Oh dear...

You're conflating two separate questions: whether I personally would do a physically demanding job and whether there are differences between men and women in their participation in those occupations.

I don't have to work on an oil rig to discuss the gender distribution of oil-rig workers, any more than I have to be a professional athlete to discuss differences in athletic performance.

If I claimed women were morally obligated to do these jobs while refusing to do them myself, then my own standards and consistency would be relevant.

But if the claim is that women are underrepresented in physically demanding occupations, my personal employment history doesn't refute or establish that claim.

The relevant questions are whether the occupational differences exist, how large they are, and what explains them.

If you disagree, address those questions rather than treating my willingness to do the job as a test of whether the claim is true.

You didn't make that claim, you said woman "refuse to do 99% of hard jobs" not, prevented from doing jobs due to physical or educational requirements, that they chose not to work in "hard jobs".

The relevant questions are whether the occupational differences exist, how large they are, and what explains them.

If you disagree, address those questions rather than treating my willingness to do the job as a test of whether the claim is true.
I don't disagree, different jobs have different requirements and diifferent jobs appeal to different people. Again, that's why I asked the question, what is a "hard" job in your view? Is being a Doctor not considered to be a hard job? How about being a nurse?

Oh so the word "refuse" is what triggered you?

My bad.

Bar Complaint Levelled at Letitia James: DA Accepted Cornell 7 Case Despite Earlier Disqualifying Comments

An ethics complaint asserts that New York Democratic Attorney General Letitia James damaged her credibility to investigate the Cornell 7 alleged rape case when she preemptively spoke in support of the alleged victim.

18 pages of this. Jissus.

If she got raped there should be consequences.

If she went out to get railed in an 8 person orgy, had buyers remorse after being called out as a slut, and then decides to cry rape, there should be consequences.

The preponderance of evidence points to the latter.
Slightly different.

She agreed to a threesome with specific guys, then got drugged up and a bunch of other guys joined.
This is different to what was presented in the beginning, which does paint her in a bad light but if that is the truth then crimes were comitted.

The first three guys are guilty of inviting others to join, the others are guilty of having sex with with someone who is incapacitated\unable to consent.
The issue for her is that her story changed and is inconsistent.
I think at minimum people should have consequences for having sex with someone who is incapacitated.

Considering the texts made public, her 'incapacity' claim, is rather suspect at this point. And not only that, but one could argue it was the men who were less coherent than she was, considering the contents of the same texts, and who could and couldn't remember things from that night.
