I really don't recall botched plastic surgery. Apparently Tara reid and courtney cox but I meant really really well known actors but I realize that is subjective criteria.

I don't watch too many films, though so there is that.

I think the problem is that you can never quite tell how it's going to turn out. I think we tend to focus on the disasters but you would probably find there are plenty of peeps who have subtle surgery that actually goes make them look better.
