The Randfontein Healthcare Community Centre began construction in 2018 and was set to open in 2020, but will now only open in August 2027.

Clearly a "fronting" company receiving tenders for from cadres and buddies and then run away with the money declaring liquidation.

The same everywhere where the anc is involved.
