I find that PnP infuriating, I used to complain but gave up after a year... 1/4 of the red wines don't have prices or are mislabelled.

Yeah, it’s pretty crap. But I buy my whisky and beer from there and my wine is mostly Oddbins from Checkers. When I find a good one I buy a couple of cases to make use of the 20% of off 6 bottles.

This message was sent at 6.30pm on the 14th giving details about a deal that's only available on the 14th (R99 for a bus ticket). It's like FNB doesn't even want us to use their so called benefits. Why are ebucks day benefits popping up one day early?
 
So I have some feedback, and this appears to be a self-own. The lady said it was because I did the transaction so late.

The transaction cleared on the 29th according to the app, I should have listened to the age old rule of doing things a week before. It's so stupid.

I bought something smaller from the istore yesterday and it got delivered same day (last night). I was also impressed
 
I got a case from the iStore yesterday morning at the same time (40% discount) and just thinking about it now, I've not heard a peep from them :unsure:

But it’s iStore who deliver for eBucks? So it should be equally fast.
 
Well Clicks is incompetent…good lord no wonder their share price is down the gutter.

Bought electricity on the website yesterday and it failed hard with a DB lookup variable where the token should have been.

Tried the AI chat bot and there is no way to convince it to log a ticket on your behalf so had to resort to email.

Explained the entire thing with screenshots, only now got a reply that they are escalating it.

If I wasn’t on solar with enough power in the bank I would be throwing my toys but now I’ll likely just buy somewhere else next time.

Yeah I’ve had similar between different products.

AirPods delivered same day, iPhone delivered a few days later.

Guess it depends where the stock is sitting.

I get from Clicks app and I never trust them to send the sms, so I screenshot the first screen with the token on just in case.

Ah, no, I understand you now, the iPhone came from MyMobileZA. Only the case from iStore.
