Boxer Stores sends its condolences after a former employee shot dead three female managers inside the KZN shop

The number of people I've seen defending this guy on FB posts is truly sick.

The average person is not right in the head
Most people have dealt with incompetent and unreasonable managers who ruin their life and make them miserable. And in our economy just finding another job isn't isn't a option for a lot of people.

This is perhaps extreme

But you clutching your pearls are performative.

Not surprising in today's sick world people worship women who murder their children. Or that Luigi guy, Charlie Kirk's murder etc etc the list goes on.

Future murderers probably who would defend the savage or celebrate these women's murders.
Murdering innocent children is a bit different.

You are making an assumption about the conduct of the managers.

And anyway, what in your mind would warrant carrying out what amounted to execution of the victims?

EDIT:

“All I know is that he was complaining of being denied leave, saying he was treated unfairly. He was in constant quarrels with the managers. I think that's what got him fired. But we did not expect that the situation would eventually lead to such a terrible outcome. It will take a long time before one can come to terms with what happened.”

Problematic managers or problematic employee?

I'm going by what was reported. It is unclear if they were really victims.

Obviously there's no justification for executing them.
The only justification for a private person killing someone else is self defense.

Men are far worse.
No. Women are petty, vengeful and hold grudges.

His work might not have been up to standard, a strong man would address that directly. A bad female manager(or low t man not that common in management positions) would avoid the real conflict and do silly stuff like deny him leave and create an unpleasant work environment.

These are generalizations, obviously.

That describes a lot of men perfectly. Conniving @#£%.

A strong person would take drastic measures if the employee doesn't make any effort to improve or change behaviour after several interventions. Every business has a clause to that effect.

That goes for any person. Brotherhood and stuff.

They must have called him something.

Seems to be quite acceptable these days.
Well calling certain people a certain name isn't acceptable by any definition, although looting, raping, stealing and killing do seem to be the norm in certain circles.

How is it unclear?
Crime and Legal Definition: Someone who suffers direct physical, psychological, emotional, or financial harm from a criminal act or delinquent behavior.

The shooter was perhaps a victim as well, that does not give him a right to execute a manager and two co-workers.

But there is no indication (at least publicly at this point that I'm aware of) of what this guy was being disciplined for, or how his or the managers behaviour at work was.

Trying to conflate being abused/targeted by a superior and whatever happened with this oke that led to him executing 3 people in unadulterated cold blood is very strange.
People are not waiting for the full story. It could be this guy was a problematic employee.

I'm sure most managers have dealt with incompetent and unreasonable staff who have made life miserable.

Yes that's every normal day I imagine for a manager at a grocery store.

The bakery staff at my local checkers are extremely slow lazy and rude.

What's your point, or are you not smart enough to understand you don't have one.
