Fires break out at French schools as students protest nationwide

How many of these protestors are actually "French"? My money is on very few...
What qualifies as "French" ? Can Blacks and Asians be French ?

Everything is under control guys, moenie worry nie.

Its easier to say what doesn't qualify as French - migrants you've allowed into your country primarily undocumented and openly against your laws, culture and governance.

What do you want me to do? Pop across on the Eurostar and tell them to stop being naughty?
Admitting you are wrong on a few things would be a start. The combination of the following policies is the cause of the problem, and I would wager you support all of them individually:
  • Mass migration from third world countries
  • Soft on crime policy
  • Lenient sentencing
  • Generous welfare benefits for new immigrants
  • Unaffordable state pensions
  • A regulatory state that inhibits economic growth
  • Unaffordable social programs like healthcare
  • Complete restriction on the ownership and use of firearms by the public.
Individually each of these policies likely wouldn't be a problem. Combine them and you have what you see in France.

I see. I suppose your criteria would be time based right? No looting or cultural/military conquest after 1977 ? Did I guess that correctly ?

Algeria, Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Chad, Comoros, Côte d'Ivoire, Djibouti, Gabon, Guinea, Madagascar, Mali, Mauritania, Morocco, Niger, Republic of the Congo, Senegal, Togo, Tunisia.

What about this lot? They are the executive management team of the trade union federation which encouraged these, erm "protests".

Can you point out which ones are migrants who were allowed into the country? I've had a look but it's not immediately obvious.

No mention of foreign policy.

The Left used to be strongly opposed to wars of aggression. Okay, mostly they didn't distinguish between defense and offensive war, but they were opposed to all war.

That changed recently.... and I'd say it didn't happen by accident or default.

I think after the bloody-nose of Vietnam, tptb understood the Left cannot continue to be permitted to be anti-war.

I thought you knew me better than that.

I'm not in favour of mass migration from third world countries. I'm against idiots hijacking the issue for their own benefit. You can see how that works, as you and others have already blamed this whole fiasco on migrants.

Not sure why you'd think I'm soft on crime. It's Mr Anti Woke Orange Man who has a penchant for mass pardoning criminal scum, and I'm not fond of him.

I don't know what benefits migrants get in France, so I can't comment on that.

I don't support unaffordable state pensions, if they're, you know, unaffordable.

Healthcare isn't an unaffordable state benefit. In a first world country with a wide tax base it's widely inefficient not to have one.

There should obviously be restrictions on public firearm usage. I've never been in favour of complete restrictions, but it's obvious that a model like the one in most states in the USA is a failure. Not sure why you're bringing that point up anyway, unless you think that all protesters should be shot.

So no, I don't agree with most of those policies.

Je suis vraiment désolé, je ne veux pas vous...

Foreign policy means f-all in this instance.
