Well Clicks is incompetent…good lord no wonder their share price is down the gutter.

Tried the AI chat bot and there is no way to convince it to log a ticket on your behalf so had to resort to email.

Explained the entire thing with screenshots, only now got a reply that they are escalating it.

If I wasn’t on solar with enough power in the bank I would be throwing my toys but now I’ll likely just buy somewhere else next time.

I had the same issue this morning. I was luckily able to retreive the token using the link @HandyTechTipper posted

Hope they fix their issues though.

What's the least painful way to have them re-calculate your interest rate?

Just got the notification of the interest change and notices my overdraft rate is actually sky high.

Even though I never use it this just seems ridiculous so might all well get it fixed just in case.

I've tried via secure chat before but you imagine how much use that was..

The morons tell me to check my statement for the rate, cue me tearing my hair out for the next 20mins trying to explain I want them to re-calculate my interest rate. If you do manage to get it done please let us know how.
