All data gone

Woke up this morning and all our vodacom data have disappeared. Hundreds of rands worth on both phones.

Anyone else? Seems to be a widespread issue this morning, hundreds of complaints online.

Vodacom better explain themselves and give our data or money back asap

I'm on contract, and everything is gone.

I plugged my phone into my car to use Android Auto and saw the map was offline. Checked my phone and it had the ''Might be out of data'' warning. Checked my balances and everything is on zero.

That is not the only problem. 082135 is so flooded with calls the call is not connecting. I just get a voice prompt to say the number you have dialed is not available at the moment please try again later.

I had also bought extra data that was still inside the 30-day expiration period and that is gone too.

I have double the promo data and minutes!

Vodacom said they are aware of the issue and working to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Whatever that means. Will we get all our data back or refunds?
