Patch released to prevent mass attacks on the Internet, and iconic game studio shut down

You do not have to worry about government doing any PHP fixed on their websites, as that needs a contract with a comrade for eleventy million rand per komputah to implement it, and the money will be paid, but the upgrade will not be done ever, because there is no money left for the comrade to actually hire a developer from an Indian company (or NK, cheaper rate) to do the needful on it.
