South Africa’s middle class is paying taxes to fund public services while also spending more of its income on private alternatives for education, healthcare, transport, and security.

Pity the message will go over the heads of those who hold the voting power and that the three parties responsible for the decay of the country will retain their voter base in spite of the obvious.
