The headline may be 'true', but in a fractured multiparty environment it is meaningless. No single party comes close to an absolute majority, even with support from one of the minor parties. Not much to shout about here.... if the DA were getting votes from people who previously voted ANC it would be something.... but the only thing happening here is ANC voters are moving to the EFF / MK / ActionSA parties.
