You don't just go to the NCC because you feel like it, there must be a story behind this.

I would love to know what they did to that customer to cause this? I imagine the manager or whoever dealt with that customer when he/she complained feels like a right tit now.

But also never heard of them before, it just looks familiar after the fact.
