I tend to agree, he should flee then this whole bail and such system can be looked at when it comes to these high profile individuals.

What??!! How is keeping a fugitive from justice behind bars not in the interest of justice???!!!!

I thought the magistrate was compromised, but he is from the Curlewis family, well-known in SA legal circles (and to everyone who ever read law in SA!). I expected more of him!
