American Ambassador to South Africa, Leo Brent Bozell III, has warned that the country could end up like Haiti if its government continues with what he calls the wrong policies.

Speaking in an interview with Gabriel Makin on October 19, 2026, Bozell said South Africa could also become as successful as the United States if it makes better economic decisions.

He said South Africa has natural resources, tourism and business opportunities that could make it one of the world's biggest economies.

The warning comes amid growing tensions between the US and South Africa over investment, land policies and foreign relations. South Africa has rejected several US accusations.

That accusation and article is a credible as the picture of the Congo deaths Trump is holding up to the worlds press, stating its South African farm murders.

There is more moderation and banning on this forum for mishaps than there is in whitebread world for outright lies.

Brutal attack on North West farmer proves that more should be done about farm attacks
The attack on a North West farmer, during which he was shot, stabbed, and had his ears cut off, is evidence of the fact that more should be done to combat farm attacks in South Africa, said Lex Libertas. The think tank and advocacy group added that it intends to announce a second phase of the White Cross Project soon, which would include displaying three thousand white crosses in front of the Union Buildings about the South African government’s lack of care regarding farm murders.
Netwerk24 today reported that Donovan Marx (50) was attacked on his farm between Potchefstroom and Ventersdorp this morning. He is currently receiving treatment in Potchefstroom.

No news in the English Media

FARM ATTACK: Another South African farmer was attacked and brutally tortured on his farm this week. On Wednesday morning, Donovan Marx, a cattle farmer from the North West, had his ears cut off during a farm attack.

He was also shot in the shoulder and stabbed in the leg (with a sharp object). And, for the umpteenth time—as far as I can determine—I do not see a single article about this on any English-language media platform.

This stark disparity in coverage between the Afrikaans and English media regarding farm murders is precisely what allows so many politicians and commentators to get away with their repulsive denial of farm murders.

Do you know what makes my blood boil the most? History and research prove that if the victim had been Black and the perpetrators White, this story would have been on every front page and news channel for weeks. Debates, panel discussions, statements from political parties—everything!

The President himself would have come forward to condemn the attack.Once again, I refuse to accept the twisted, psychopathic standard that dismisses a farmer having his ears cut off as "just normal crime."

The torture of Donovan Marx shows why the unique characteristics of farm attacks demand focused, priority policing.

Donovan was shot and stabbed, and his ears were cut off during an attack on his farm between Potchefstroom and Ventersdorp. A farmworker was also tied up. My thoughts are with Donovan, his family and the worker who was attacked.

Not every farm attack involves torture. But I have personally attended scenes after farm attacks where victims had boiling water poured over them, were burned with clothing irons, or had holes drilled through their hands and feet. I have seen the consequences of this cruelty firsthand.

Some attacks involve victims being held captive and tortured for hours. The duration and severity of that violence, combined with rural isolation and the distance from assistance, require a response designed for those circumstances. SAPS’s own 2019 National Rural Safety Strategy recognises farm attacks as unique.

Dismissing farm attacks by pointing to other violent crime is an unfair comparison. Other crimes are extremely serious, and demanding that farm attacks receive dedicated attention does not make any other victim less important.

I also reject the use of “Kill the Boer” hate speech song on political stages, and any celebration of farm murders on social media. Political leaders should condemn the glorification of violence, not participate in it or make excuses for it.

North West SAPS must prioritise Donovan’s case, support experienced detectives with forensic and intelligence capacity, and keep the family informed. Beyond this investigation, rural safety requires properly equipped police officers who can reach the people they are responsible for protecting.

“Wanneer die boelie huil, is iets ernstig verkeerd.”

Ramaphosa beeld homself uit as 'n slagoffer van buitelandse druk – tog teiken sy regering gereeld gemeenskappe tuis deur rassewetgewing, politieke retoriek, pogings tot onteiening en selektiewe ontkenning van regte.

Desentralisasie is die enigste manier om waardigheid, outonomie en werklike beskerming aan hierdie gemeenskappe te herstel.

“When the bully cries, something is seriously wrong.”

Ramaphosa portrays himself as a victim of foreign pressure—yet his government frequently targets communities at home through racial legislation, political rhetoric, attempts at expropriation, and the selective denial of rights.

Decentralization is the only way to restore dignity, autonomy, and genuine protection to these communities.

Did the ANC Help Fuel South Africa’s Farm Attacks — and Then Fail to Stop Them?

Some disturbing allegations about the ANC’s historical role in South Africa’s farm attacks have resurfaced. According to political commentator James Myburgh, the slogan “Kill the Boer” has roots in the liberation struggles of southern Africa, and ANC-linked operatives allegedly encouraged attacks on white farmers during the 1980s. Myburgh argues that farm attacks continued to escalate after the ANC came to power in 1994, while the government failed to strengthen rural security.

And here comes the irony: in a 2018 Bloomberg interview, President Cyril Ramaphosa claimed there were no killings of white farmers in South Africa. Apparently, acknowledging a problem is harder than delivering another political speech.

Freedom Front Plus leader Corné Mulder has also accused the ANC of refusing to confront the reality of these brutal crimes.

Of course, allegations of political involvement must be distinguished from proven facts, but the victims and their families deserve more than political arguments and convenient explanations.

The real question is: has the ANC done enough to protect South Africa’s farming communities, or has political pride become more important than human lives?

Kom @Kaapie

Let's see if you will raise your fists and start supporting the local "Stop Killing The Farmers" action?

Seeing as you are so worried about freeing people in a completely different country, are you also worried about fellow South Africans being tortured & butchered and shining a light on it at all? Shall we just call this incident "an outright lie"?

Must stop killing farmers as much as the scum must be stop killing people at taxi ranks, homes, streets etc.
Bring back the death penalty for proven capital crimes.

My issue is the delusion and lies that government sanctions, enables hit squads out here killing white people.
That they are being 'genocided'', that the land and homes of these people are being expropriated by force.

Then the Afriforum c*nts go abroad and sell that bs to racists who lap it up and use it to pad their agenda against SA, and media blasts it.

Wants to cry wolf, yet rejects relocation.

Tell us again how there is no such thing as white privilege.

Ongelooflik.

Unbelievable. There is still NO coverage of the horrific attack on and torture of North West farmer Donovan Marx by News24, IOL, eNCA, SABC News, Daily Maverick, Mail & Guardian, The Sowetan, or City Press. Yet, over the past few months, these publications have published numerous articles attacking and smearing organizations and activists who oppose farm murders. Blatant bias, exposed for all to see.

We know why. Shocking stories like this do not fit their "Orange Peril!" or "It’s just normal crime" narratives. The media is complicit in the cover-up of farm murders/attacks in South Africa.

It is high time that we start treating these immoral farm-murder deniers like lepers in the Bible.
