Reports suggest Russia is reinforcing the area preparing for a big push after the cease fire is over. With the cease fire in place the supply lines to the front is not under attack.

Danish actor Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, best known for his role as Jaime Lannister in the TV series *Game of Thrones*, has arrived in Kyiv. On the evening of 28 October, he went down into the capital’s underground to take shelter from the threat of a Russian missile and drone attack. Koster-Waldau is a Goodwill Ambassador for the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and has been involved in international humanitarian initiatives for many years.
