I'm watching Demon Slayer now, this is probably the one I'm enjoying the least out of the bunch I've been watching lately.

Like the brother and sister duo, they're great.

But then this motherf#*$r comes along and ruins everything. I find it unbearable when this guy is on screen, I don't mind the clueless scared character trope, but it just goes on for sooooo long with this guy.

Ya nee good luck. Strong Agree on this. However when he has his moments those moments are magnificent. But the pain of his screeching still haunts me.

Same. I cannot stand the screaming and crying

Binged the crap out of Mushoku Tensei last week and weekend. What a weird show, some scenes, mainly in the first season, are truly a bit disturbing (IYKYK) but if you get past those the world and characters are very engaging.

It was also nice finding a show where the English dub works well, I've been watching other shows subbed only lately so it's a nice change.

Finished off Reincarnated as a Slime, In Another World With My Smartphone (first season not to bad, second argh),
I'm the Evil Lord of an Intergalactic Empire! (slight different twist on isekai), Campfire cooking in another world with my absurd skill, almost done with Re-Zero when done with that will go back to Mushoku Tensei.
Also Ramparts of Ice is back on Netflix

Finishing up Serial Experiments Lain, what a trip. It's absolutely beautiful though and always let the OP end ED play through because the songs are great.

Will be in IMAX but Japan only for now.

Can't tell the 25h plot in a single movie so rumor is the movie will conclude after the Aoko vs Alice fight, which is early on in the visual novel.

The visual novel is on Steam -

WITCH ON THE HOLY NIGHT on Steam

A tale told with vivid colors and rich sound in a classic TYPE-MOON visual novel.

Albeit a bit pricey atm, it is just about rated perfect. I grabbed it on sale a few weeks ago and got 13h in but put it down for another game that came out. I'll try to finish it before watching the movie.

On same date, TYPE-MOON will rerun their related but other work Kara no Kyoukai (The Garden of Sinners) on streaming services in Japan.

This was originally a 7 part cinema only release that ran 2007-2009, later on DVD and BD.

Highly recommended, but not for casuals. Dark murder mystery for aged viewers only.

My #2 rated anime of all time, topped only by Heaven's Feel, also TYPE-MOON/ufotable. This is the series that brought ufotable their acclaim and they've rocketed to best animation studio since.

Perhaps it's time to give this a rewatch again myself. It's been a while.

/Old trailer.

A Bocchi the Rock prequel movie coming next year, having read this storyline in the manga it's probably going to be a real tearjerker.

Still no official date on when season 2 is coming but I'll take a movie!

This is great. And super high budget for a random isekai

It's not a super high budget, it's just a solid anime studio with just another project under their portfio.

All their works are distinctive, P.A. Works has made a great many quality shows, like Angel Beats, Canaan, Another, Shirobako and many more.

Shirobako is actually a very good look at the behind-the-scenes anime industry in anime form.
