As stated, this is true at every single state hospital in the country, Steve Biko Hospital isn't special. I know someone who has been going to the hospital every month for an operation and who is always back at the office the next day because of one issue or the other at the state-run hospital which has again delayed the operation for another month. Incompetence is about the only thing the ANC is competent at
