Russia want to for sure - and if the world allows the US to use a nuke, that situation makes the RU use more "palatable".

If they managed to sink any of those Carriers - Iran and the surrounding area's will be glowing a funky colour green purple for ooohhhh say then next 50 years or so...

Nah, there isn't enough animosity between Russia and Ukraine, the reason the countries are at war is because of Nato, Putin's aim is to come out of this looking good and his initial reasons for the war still valid, he can't do that if he nukes Ukraine.
But yes, USA doing it would make Iran and everyone the US calls a terri8look very good.
