Captain abandoning his sinking ship

[Neoprod]

From an Aussie fan in the cricket sub-reddit when Marnus got out -

I mean if you think of Marnus as a night watchmen, we are only one down.

DStv commentator thinks the Ozzies have now closed up shop, hoping to hold out for a forced draw.

4+ hours... that's a big ask.

[Stickfigure]

Cummins doesn’t want to face Rabada and Green doesn’t want to face Harmer.

Cummins being surrounded is hilarious.

Well it is an unusually early resignation

[Pegging]

Well it is an unusually early resignation

We saw yesterday that if you score 2.5 an over you can bat a day. As soon as you try going over 3 an over you run into trouble.

[iToldYouSo]

No runs for over 40 minutes

[Brian_G]

They've scored nothing in the last 11+ overs :-o

[Maurice Kitching]

Harmer's got his man.

[AfricanTech]

Excellent. Was sitting here thinking “well, if these won’t take easy singles to avoid Harmer, then switch Harmer to the other end”

Well done Themba, well done

Faf , ab and kallis did most of the work there. Here you asking tailenders to do it.

[Agent_Smith]

Don't give up hope Australia!

[Neoprod]

Kind of want this to go on for a bit so I don't have to watch the United game.

Aussie supporter for the next 2 hours.

[Nerfherder]

When is Marco going to bowl?

[OutlawJoseyWales]

Need a fast bowler like Jansen on to bowl to Lyon not Markram.

[stefan9]

5 for harmer. Cummins gone

[Maurice Kitching]

Fifer. Well bowled Harmer.
