Liverpool FC supporters thread - 2017/18 Season

Won’t lie, was worried before this game. Brighton spanked Arsenal and they are no mugs in defence.

Big Ron was incredible and Jacquet is ‘chefs kiss’

Isak is a bloody sharpshooter - damn but he is good at finishing when you the ball to him in the box.

So good to see us defend a 2 goal lead so well.

Solid, solid win that with that little smattering of luck (their misses) that all teams need.

Also, what the hell was going on with ref in the 2nd half - gelt like he gave Brighton everything and is nothing.
 
Asleep for the first 15 minutes but after the goal we woke up. No idea how that pull back on Isak isn't a penalty either way hopefully we continue the momentum in the 2nd Half

Yeah rediclous... Better performance but still no shot on target so we only have our selfs to blame. Had many calls against us but Arsenal were really disciplined... Need to give Macalister a new contract but still bit sure who our best midfield is, was impressed with Nyoni for such a young lad first start did well.

Better football than last season at least.

Won’t even bother commenting on the ref - just sets us up to be gaslit by others (even the usually reasonable ops here).

some schoolboy defending again last night...not concerned about europe though...he should just let the team that starts finish the game...why the super subs must come on heaven only knows...
