Elon Musk lost R1.132 trillion

He has done none of that, you ass hat.
He did however buy the companies that did the work, and hype them up. As to if the drop makes a difference yes it does, he lost HIS money, and does not care about losing other peoples mony, but losing his own, even if it was less than 1%, and materially makes no difference to his lifestyle, as he can still afford to throw away his vehicles when the battery goes flat.

Incidentally remember Steve Jobs drove a brand new Mercedes SLK, and it never had any registration on it, as every 6 months he got a brand new one, same model same colour, delivered to the office, and the old one taken away for sale, due to California road regs saying you had 6 months to register, so he got a new one, paid for as part of his package, so it never would have registration plates on it.

What companies did he buy that did/do the things mentioned in that meme?

Also I doubt whether old Stevie would have rocked an SLK, and also not sure what his car habits have to do with our friend King Ketamine.

I wonder if this makes the slightest difference to him day to day?

Also, I wonder if he has his real time net worth displayed on a screen somewhere in his office?
If he decides to sell everything he owns for cash and keep it in a piggy bank, he'll probably only end up with under 5% of his net worth.

well apple idiots keep buying the exact same phone every year even if they jack up the price 10 fold and give you nothing better for it,
I guess Tesla people are the exact same, maybe we being saved from ourselves in that Tesla and Starlink aren't operating in SA

something positive the ANC did, were so isolated and remote that we can only watch the 1st world but not have Teslas in SA.

Other companies have done that/similar to that too. And before Neuralink.
They were pretty primitive last time I checked. Also, the reality is that you need f__koff deep pockets for tech like this to even begin to hit the market.

If you see the stage of development Neuralink is at, it is running on an app on his phone.

They have clinical trials right now for it. It likely is just getting enough data across to provide clinical validity at this point.

Personally, I think Musk has greater ambitions with the tech than just helping disabled people. They are the obvious first case because they genuinely need the help and can shoulder the risks very happily. But I suspect he wants to commercialise it for productivity and the workplace.
