US Politics: Catering to Iran

Clearly more than a rumour if it's being published in a respectable newspaper...

https://www.independent.co.uk/news/...nald-trump-resignation-midterms-b3076575.html

Actually makes a fair amount of sense, most people would want to distance themselves from the stink of Trump.
Is there still such a thing?

In responses provided to major media outlets on November 5 and 6, 2026, the administration firmly rejected the speculation:

In an interview with The New York Times, Rubio dismissed the reports entirely. He stated, "I don't know where these things come from, to be honest with you. I love the work I'm doing." He reiterated that serving through the end of Trump's term has "always been my plan".

White House spokesperson Beni Rae Harmony called the reports "nothing more than a fabricated hoax being peddled by anonymous sources with no factual information".

Assistant Secretary of State for Global Public Affairs Dylan Johnson labeled the leak "complete and total fake news based on the word of anonymous sources, befitting a tabloid".

The funniest part of your copium is that you STILL believe anything the administration says. Wowser. Bless your precious cope'd out heart ❤️

They're no going to fix health care, or the economy or gas prices...since the don't know how and have no real plans to fix it.
They don't need a plan to fix the economy or gas prices for the next two years, all they need to do it stall Trump's "plans' for those things.

And as for health care, your Supreme Leader has had 'concepts of a plan' for 10 years, two terms of the Presidency and a Republican congress and Senate, and still hasn't come up with anything

Wow...look. You got me. Hahahaha

I know. I know...this "victory", albeit meaningless, is making all you lefties totally euphoric.

So you're prancing and sticking it in and all excited and gleefull and that's fine. Well done...well done.

But the details are important here:

The Democrats took control of one Chamber of government out of three.

The Republicans still control the presidency.

They still have the Supreme Court (even though the Supreme Court is not really supposed to be partisan but it kind of is) which means basically the Democrats have no legislative power at all.

The democrats can push bills up to the president's desk and he'll immediately veto and they don't have enough votes in the Senate or in the house to override the veto, because there are still enough Republicans to keep that from happening.

So what we're going to see over the course of the next two years is partisan gridlock.

Nothing advances forward... nothing really gets drawn back.

The Democrats know that, so what their focus is gonna be is, figuring out who the next man up for the Republican Party is gonna be in 2028 and destroying that individual. ( Hahaha already see Rubio bullshit rumors)

So for two years the Dems are going to focus on revenge and lawsuits and pointless impeachments.

They're no going to fix health care, or the economy or gas prices...since the don't know how and have no real plans to fix it.

So after 2 years of this, just enough people that voted for the Dems NOW, based on Trump and Israel hatred, will become disillusioned and in 2028 GOP will take the presidency AGAIN.

And all the Muslims and Alphabet people in the Senate and the House, would have been exposed as trophy nominations but suddenly extremely incompetent.
Send this to Santa , just in case.

How do you get to the conclusion that I "want replacement theory"?

I've made it clear 100 times that the current narrative is complete bollocks.
It's a bit wierd if you step back from the "It's happening and it is a good thing" phase all the way to It's not happening.

Yeah, what you are referring to is called reality. Aka the truth.

Better to rip off the bandaid asap
AI is some of the most real growth the world have experienced in a while even though it is in a bubble.

It is backed by (works on) real infrastructure and it allows for a pretty significant real productivity increase.

Banning or pausing AI is like pausing steam engines to protect farm workers or pausing railways to protect horses.

It's not possible, because there is no global authority that can enforce a ban.

I don't believe it's happening and have never said that it is. Therefore I could never have said that it's good.

You are a a good right winger - always making k@k up...😂
So now you are anti mass migration or just playing stupid, refusing to call things by its real name.

So now you are anti mass migration.

I've never been pro mass migration. Ever. I just despise right wing grifters who get people unduly worked up about it in order to line their own pockets. It's not right to fleece stupid people like that.

I don't believe in replacement theory - there's no sinister force out there trying to replace the white man and Christianity (lol).

Replacement theory is just the obvious outcome of mass migration whether there is a sinister force like Soros pushing it or whether it is natural and coincidental.

You see, if your drain pipe is leaking, normal people will find out why and attempt to fix the problem.

Right wingers will decide that the neighbour caused it to leak, go and throw stones at the neighbour's house, and then beg the entire neighborhood for donations when they get arrested.
