    ADSL Speeds: Why Only 384, 512 and 4096 kbps?

    Why does Telkom only offer 3 ADSL speeds, 384kbps, 512kbps, and 4096kbps/4Mbps? Wouldn't they make more money if they also offered 1Mbps and 2Mbps accounts?
