    Samsung A33 5G is not receiving OTPs and the like.

    So recently, mum and I both upgraded to the Samsung A33. But the problem is my mom's phone can't receive any OTPs or alerts from her Absa banking app (although there's no such problem with mine, so I'd rule out that it's the device itself). I'm not sure what the problem could be, I checked...
