    Afrihost shaping capped accounts. Who do I move to? Axxess? Webafrica?

    Hi. I need guidance on where to go, because after 4 days, Afrihost are clueless! I'm a 7 year loyal subscriber with Afrihost. Nothing major, a small personal website, 3 personal email addresses, and a 10 Mb telkom line, with a 40 Gig CAPPED ADSL account. This has pretty much worked...
