    Armstrong to be stripped of Tour de France titles

    They should just legalise doping and let the man with the best dealer win. Everyone is doping, its a question of being ahead of the doping agency's testing methods. In fact, I heard during the olympics that the US (and China) are probably involved in systematic doping. The Sauce.
