Digium B410P - No Fault Recovery with Elastix

Wondering if anyone has experienced a similar situation: Running Elastix & there is a problem with the digium B410P recovering from a line failure or interruption to the NT. Card state changes to RED, reloading DAHDI does not help, re-plugging the S/T cable or resetting the NT does not help...
