    DSL Line Problem for 5+ months (Nigel, Gauteng)

    I have no idea if this is in the area or just our home. But I have a 4Mbps line, and cannot even pull 1Mbps of download speed. So I contacted Telkom a few times, asking for a technician to come take a look. They said they will see if they can fix the problem and send me an SMS when it's fixed...

    And since there is no scheduled load-shedding, I'm guessing something broke somewhere. I of course didn't bring a book or anything to watch as I was expecting delicious power all day long. Anyone have some suggestions for stuff to do?
