trouble to cancel Telkom ADSL contract because of admin-limitation

Call dropping???
Has anybody else experienced this? I phone someone or someone phones me. About 30 seconds later the call drops itself. Phone back the person and about 30 seconds later it does the same. Happened 6 times yesterday and took me 10 minutes to finish my conversation with a client. I am on MTN and...- APoc184
