    Income generating investment or capital growth, which is best for me right now?

    I recently purchased a property for 2.4m bonded, the total acquisition cost was 900k all in including refurb, the property is now achieving a 56k income pm before costs, costs are 30k all in, leaving me with 26k pm. I think I can sell the property for 5.3m netting me after CGT 1.95m...
