LM Radio (Channel 602) on OVHD

Some OVHD owners in Ladysmith (KZN) claim to have access to LM Radio from Mozambique on channel 602 of their OVHD decoders. I have tried to access this using my Ellies OVHD decoder and it does allow it. Does the decoder manufactured by Space allow access to LM Radio (Channel 602) ? Anyone...
