CISCO 2621xm on Afrihost ADSL with static IP

Could anyone possibly confirm or assist with setting up a CISCO 2621xm router with an adsl1wic, with an static ip address on AFRIHOST adsl? I have all my login details and settings, but this router does not have a web gui like the normal ones you get from telkom or mweb, this one is CLI only...
