    Has anyone ever SUCCESSFULLY cancelled an MTN contract renewal?

    My 24 month MTN contract will expire in a month, and their website says I need to give at least a month's notice that I won't be renewing. Problem is, it's not very clear how to give this notice, and how to ensure that they won't screw up the admin by continuing to bill me after the contract...
