Vodacom 'multiple missed payments' affecting my credit score.. im on prepaid ...

So I received an updated credit score today. According to Clearscore I have missed multiple payments to Vodacom SP.. but I have had a prepaid SIM for quite some time now... This is affecting my credit score REALLY badly. Trying to call Vodacom now, but their systems don't have a button to 'speak...
