    Need opinions on an idea I have. Open-source and non profit Community watch app.

    Hi all, I have an idea of creating an App for Android and iOS smart phones(and maybe Windows mobile :p) that allows a user to report an "incident" and it's location(GPS). This is not the same as a road accident. I know their is an app called Waze and it allows you to report road accidents...
