    E173 Modem + BSOD

    Hey, I recently bought the e173 from 8ta, only to have it cause a BSOD a few minutes after downloading. I am running Windows 7 - 32 bit version. Btw I'm also getting a max 220kbps download rate. Surely this should be higher. Any help would be appreciated
