    Is MWEB shaping heavily on P2P now?

    So I'm downloading some legal stuff from piratebay.org. (no srsly). It's 11pm now, my line is in sync at 4mb, and the http is as fast as usual. My download on utorrent is at 0.1kbps, which is pretty ridiculous. So now I used myfreedom to tunnel through some random server, just to experiment...
