    Traffic Department : We have a virus that is why there is only one teller open

    So I decided that the best time to go and relieve myself of R750 (two car registrations) at the traffic department is 9:45 in the morning. The old yellow paper (used to be white) that says the debit/credit card machines are "temporary" off-line did not bother me, they have never been on-line...
