South Africa starts regulating cryptocurrency exchanges Finance minister Enoch Godongwana has amended the Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA) annexure, designating crypto asset service providers as “accountable institutions”. The amendment takes effect on 19 December 2022.- Jan
