    Buying a Japanese Imported car from someone in Lesotho

    My husband wants to buy a car from a guy who bought it from someone in Lesotho. The guy is now saying because it's a Japanese import it is going to become illegal in South Africa. Is this true? We contacted someone already re registering the vehicle in SA but is the fact that it is a Japanese...
