This thread is for all the insomniacs out there just like me....
Has anyone found a way to beat insomnia or at least have some teqhniques on how to fall asleep?:)

Taking a leaf out of the "How many hours have you been awake?" thread, the past few days and last night lead me to this one.
My shifts and insomnia caught up with me yet again.
Five days of getting 2 and a half hours sleep per night caught up with me yesterday...
