iphone5s passwords wiped

    iPhone5S MESS - Wipes passwords and Does not save Pictures Taken..... PLEASE HELP!SOS

    1) Second time now that the phone automatically "factory" reboot - IE All Passwords are wiped. One is forced to re enter all passwords and re re activate software. Why would a "perfectly" normal phone simply wipe all Passwords? Currently using IOS 10.2 iPhone 5s 32 Gig - Have 1,5g available-...
