    ICASA regulations - must I have my device regulated?

    I hope this is the right place to post this, if not, then please tell me which forum is better. I will follow this question, so please ask if something is not clear. I have had a device made that emits 20KHz - 22KHz (very low frequency) and some people say I need it "regulated" by ICASA...
